We can form bespoke Limited Companies for you ranging from a very simple set up to more complicated share and ownership structures.

Business Plan

We can work with you to devise a plan that doesn’t just assist in raising funding for your business, but also one that can be used to help define what the business is or what it intends to be over time.

Payroll

Running a payroll scheme can be time consuming and it can take up your time, energy and resources which could be better spent running your business. We have dedicated staff who can take this burden away from you and who will provide a comprehensive and cost effective payroll service including:

HMRC Registration

Many of our clients find dealing with HMRC incredibly time consuming. We can deal with the registration of all the relevant taxes on your behalf.

Bookkeeping

We can free up some of your valuable time and carry out your bookkeeping for you. We will initially have a meeting and make recommendations regarding record keeping to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Our bookkeeping service can include completing your VAT returns and filing these online where relevant. All our fees are fixed and agreed in advance with you.

Many of our clients just look for some direction to enable them to undertake the bookkeeping themselves. We can provide assistance and computerised/manual training with telephone support afterwards to help our clients become independent.
